WPLAR is business, labour and government partnering to oversee workplace PLAR activities in Manitoba. The WPLAR Committee was established by Manitoba Education, Training & Youth and its Industry Training Partnerships Branch in 2001.WPLAR is responsible for implementing and marketing Manitoba's approach to industry-based PLAR.Industry-based PLAR, post-secondary PLAR and community-based PLAR advisory services are the three cornerstones of the Manitoba government's commitment to PLAR.
