Welcome to the new RPL Manitoba website developed through Workplace Prior Learning and Assessment Manitoba. Our goal is to be the go-to place for employers, labour, workforce development practitioners and other labour market partners to engage in building the practice of recognizing prior learning (RPL) in the workplace. Through this website, we hope diverse stakeholders – employers, unions, practitioners, consultants, policy makers and employment counsellors - share information, resources and experiences in recognizing prior learning in Manitoba workplaces. Since 2000, Manitoba has experienced a rich and diverse history in RPL - check out our Success Stories and Reports.Through this website, we are providing basic information and resources from Manitoba and beyond, while asking you to contribute through participating in this blog, suggesting resources and letting us know your areas of expertise.
